2. What we collect

• Demo and contact requests — name, organisation, role, organisation type, email address and your message.
• Technical data — IP address and basic request information used for security and rate limiting.

This website does not collect health data. The ReVive platform itself is governed by separate agreements and privacy notices provided to participating organisations and their staff.

3. Why we process it

• To respond to your enquiry and arrange demos — legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR).
• To protect the website from abuse — legitimate interests.
• To meet legal obligations where they apply — Article 6(1)(c).

4. Who we share it with

Contact form submissions are delivered to us by our email provider (Resend). We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

5. How long we keep it

Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact, unless a business relationship follows.

6. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. To exercise any of them, email hello@themskapp.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
